"Felt pushed the whole time"
The sales guy was just too much. Kept pushing. Wouldn’t really back off. We felt uncomfortable fast. it made us want to leave

"I thought the sofa was just okay at..."
I thought the sofa was just okay at first, but, no, it’s really comfy so far. I haven’t had it long, but it’s been nice for lounging and relaxing.

"My complaint just got passed around"
I raised a complaint and it felt like it went nowhere. I kept being handed from one person to another, and nobody seemed to actually take ownership of it. The communication was really unclear too, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Replies were slow, sounded copy-pasted, and I had to keep chasing just to get basic updates. Really disappointing way to deal with customers when something has gone wrong

The whole repair thing was just frustrating. I waited so long for someone to finally come out. Then when the guy got here, it felt like he was in a hurry the whole time. Quick look, quick fix, gone. And the sofa still creaks. Same noise as before. I called back about it, thinking someone would at least try to sort it out, but no one really seemed that bothered. Just disappointing, really...

"Sofa arrived in good shape"
The delivery went fine and, to be fair, the main thing I cared about was the sofa turning up with no marks or damage, which it did. The wait was a bit longer than I thought it would be, and I do think the updates could’ve been better, but I suppose I can’t complain too much since it arrived safely. Overall, not bad — just not anything amazing.

"Delivery crew was solid tbh"
The delivery crew was polite and professional enough. They seemed a little rushed, but they got everything done without any issues, so overall it was fine imo
"Pricing should be clearer upfront"
I saw one price online, but then extra fees started popping up later in the process. I get that some charges might be necessary, but it feels a lot fairer when everything is shown clearly from the start. It just came across a bit misleading, even if that wasn’t the intention

In the end it got sorted, so that was good, but twice I had to chase them, which was a bit annoying.

"Felt like they didn’t really want to help"
I went in and asked the sales staff for some help, but it felt like they were more interested in getting rid of me than actually answering my questions. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but the whole interaction came off dismissive.

"Felt a bit ignored and rushed when visiting the store"
I went into the ScS store hoping to have a proper look around at sofas, and to be honest, I came away wishing I had not bothered. When we first arrived, there were staff members standing around chatting to each other, but nobody seemed particularly interested in coming over or even acknowledging that we were there. We wandered around for quite a while before anyone finally asked if we needed any help, which already made the whole visit feel a bit awkward and unwelcoming.
When someone eventually did come over to speak to us, it did not really improve things much. The conversation felt quite rushed, and there was definitely a pushy feeling to it, like they wanted us to make a decision quickly rather than just letting us browse properly. As soon as we said we were only looking for the moment and had not made up our minds, their attitude seemed to change quite noticeably, which made us feel like we were wasting their time.
In the end, we left feeling annoyed and disappointed, and we ended up going somewhere else instead. I do not expect staff to follow me around the whole shop, but a friendly welcome and a bit of patience would have made a big difference. It just was not a nice in-store experience at all, and based on that visit, I would not be in any hurry to go back.

"Decent sofa, but the leather is annoying"
We've had this sofa for a while now, and it's kind of a mixed bag. The fabric parts still look decent and have held up better than I expected, but the leather started showing wear sooner than I'd like. It's not terrible and I wouldn't say I hate it, but it's definitely a bit annoying considering I thought it would last longer.

The website was easy enough to navigate, and the filters were actually really helpful. It did take me a bit to find the delivery info, which was kind of ridiculous, but overall it was a smooth experience...

"Eventually Sorted, After a Bit of a Wait"
I’ll be honest, for a while it felt like I was waiting for a message in a bottle to wash ashore. Customer service did get back to me in the end and they sorted the issue, so I can’t say it was a disaster. It just took longer than I expected, and the waiting part was a bit frustrating.

"Refund process was a nightmare"
Maybe it’s just me, but trying to return an item to SCS was way more stressful than it needed to be. I kept getting passed from person to person and was told someone would call me back, but that never seemed to happen.
The refund also took much longer than I was originally told, and I ended up having to chase it myself multiple times. It felt like they were just hoping I’d get tired and give up.
I wouldn’t order from them again after this. Returns and refunds shouldn’t be this much of a hassle.

"Nice colours to pick from"
There were loads of colours and styles to choose from, which was great. I did spend a while deciding becuase there were so many options, but I found one I really liked in the end.

"The delivery communication was frustrating..."
The delivery communication was frustrating. I felt like I barely got any proper information and had to keep chasing just to find out what was happening with my sofa, like whether it had been dispatched, whether it was delayed, whether anyone had booked a slot, or whether it was even on the way at all.
When updates did come through, they were so vague they didn’t really help much. I ended up waiting around not knowing if it was arriving that day, later in the week, next week, or just randomly whenever. For something as big as a sofa, where you have to plan your day, move stuff around, maybe take time off, and make sure someone is home, it was really annoying and not what I expected.
